Sekhmet, Eye of Ra, 2020

My stop-motion short, “Sekhmet, Eye of Ra,” is a retelling of the story of an ancient Egyptian lion-headed Goddess. Told to punish the irreverent on earth, she becomes blood-crazed and must be tricked to stop her slaughter. Made with cut out puppets, the film was screened at the 2020 MICA Film and Animation Festival.
